Ultra Training Australia Coaches work closely with the best sporting physiotherapist for the past 10 years helping runners get back out on the trails or road and running pain free again. 

Ultra Training Australia believe in quality training over quantity of kilometers. Their ethos at Ultra Training Australia is to improve your bodies overall balance to unlock your potential in strength, speed, stamina, endurance and flexibility.

Ultra Training Australia include cross training in their programming structure. Their clients programs have strength, rowing, cycling, kettle bells, free weights, suspension and core stability, plyometrics  training as part of their program.

The approach at Ultra Training Australia is a wholistic one. Every program at Ultra training Australia will include a 2 week meal planner to make sure you are getting the most our of your program.

Nutrition is responsible for 80% of your success. Without a great nutrition plan to follow your body will not be able to preform at it’s full potential. We believe having the correct nutrition essential to building a stronger, faster, more flexibly and healthier body, not just for your performance but for your all over health and wellbeing.
